  • For therapy sessions, we require either full or 50% advance payment to confirm your slot.
  • Payments can be made via cash or online methods. We appreciate timely payments to respect everyone's time and commitment.
  • After your enquiry is received, we aim to respond within 24 hours.
  • Client intake is done following the initial consultation.
  • If it is determined that your needs are different from the services we provide, you may request a closure session. We offer one free 30-minute closure session for this purpose.
  • In case all our therapists are at full capacity, you may either be placed on a waitlist or provided with a referral.
  • Consultation : Sliding scale from Rs. 1100 to Rs. 2200, depending on your capacity to pay.
  • Affordable Online Therapy Program: Includes 9 sessions for Rs. 9900 (includes Psychosomatic and Counselling services).
  • Hypnotherapy Consultation: Begins with a mandatory Rs. 1100 consultation (via call, video, or audio). Based on the screening, we will recommend the most suitable healing approach.

Our consultation and therapy fees follow a sliding scale - starting at ₹1100 for consultations and up to ₹2200 for individual counseling sessions.
We also offer a value-based online therapy program with 9 sessions at ₹9900, inclusive of both psychosomatic and counseling services.

To maintain ethical and professional boundaries, the exchange of gifts between the psychologist and the client is respectfully not permitted.

  • You may book the consultation first.

  • Payments can be made via cash or online methods. We appreciate timely payments to respect everyone's time and commitment.
  • No-show:
    Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for missed sessions without prior notice.
  • Cancellation within 24 to 48 hours:
    You will receive 50% of your advance payment as a refund.
  • Cancellation earlier than 48 hours:
    You will receive a full refund (100%) of your advance payment.
  • Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance if you wish to reschedule your session.
  • This allows us to offer your slot to someone else who may be in need of support.
  • Last-minute rescheduling (less than 24 hours) will be treated as a cancellation.
  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the session fee—no exceptions.
  • If you are in regular therapy and plan to take a break, please note that missed sessions (even with prior notice) will still be charged in full.
  • If you’re going away for an extended period, we recommend terminating therapy formally. Rejoining will depend on therapist availability and the current waitlist.
  • If you wish to discontinue therapy, we ask that you inform us in advance.
  • A free 30-minute closure session is offered to wrap up the therapeutic journey in a meaningful and respectful way.

  • Helping you understand and manage emotional and behavioral patterns

  • Using therapeutic approaches such as CBT, humanistic therapy, narrative therapy, mindfulness-based practices, etc.
  • Creating a safe, non-judgmental space to explore your thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors
  • We do not prescribe medication – this is the role of a psychiatrist.
  • We do not offer clinical diagnosis of mental health disorders – for that, we refer to a Clinical Psychologist registered with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI).
  • We focus on wellness and emotional healing, not on pathology or severe psychiatric illnesses.
  • Holistic and Person-Centered Approach: We look at you as a whole person - not just symptoms or labels.
  • Ideal for Ongoing Life Challenges: If you’re struggling with stress, burnout, relationships, or emotional overwhelm, a Counselling Psychologist is well-trained to help.
  • Safe Exploration: We help you understand patterns and shift behavior through a collaborative, non-judgmental process.
  • Focus on Empowerment: Our goal is to help you feel more in control of your emotional wellbeing.

    If at any stage we believe your concerns would be better addressed by a Clinical Psychologist or Psychiatrist, we will guide you with a referral to ensure you receive the best care for your needs.
